When our wedding day was approaching they contacted me to make sure that there were no changes to either our wedding party or our venue and they also put together an itinerary for us, which was very very helpful! When it came down to payments, they asked for a deposit and split the rest into payments until two weeks before our event, which helped us a lot since we had so many expenses all at once. Once our wedding day coverage was ending, they came to us very politely and made us aware that they were going to be leaving soon and if there were any special pictures that we would like them to capture before they leave.
