Will a backup camera for video/photo be on hand for the event?
We always carry backup equipment with us at all times in order to provide our clients with the peace of mind in the event that one of our cameras fails to operate properly.
What about a backup plan if you (or my scheduled photographer) are unable to shoot my wedding for some reason?
In the event that either I or my husband are unable to shoot your wedding for any reason, we have highly qualified photographers and videographers on hand that will be happy to do your event if necessary.
Do you bring an assistant or second photographer?
Many of our packages include a second photographer or videographer, within the price.
Where does the photographer and videographer store memory in case of fire. Does video/photographer have a backup in case clients card is lost, stolen or damaged?
All of the photos and video from your event will be captured on SD cards and compact flash cards. All of our cameras have the ability to capture the data into a separate card as a back up. By having a backup of your photos and video while we shoot the event we make sure that all of the event is in fact being recorded properly. In case of a fire we have fireproof safes that we use to store all of our events data to protect all those irreplaceable moments we capture at your event. We also use a cloud system, such as Dropbox, where we store our data in a server in order to protect your photos and video in case our computer systems crashes or malfunctions.
